Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging where possible

Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return unless faulty. Pre-order items follow this standard policy once delivered.

Email us at hello@eeneinde.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
